George Tellam, DPM
George Tellam, DPM is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon with 39 years of experience. He is also the owner of Ankle & Foot Associates in Florida.
Dr. Tellam is an honors graduate of the University of Southern California and the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, where he graduated in 1984 with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. His postgraduate training included a podiatric surgical residency at Fairlawn Hospital.
Dr. Tellam is board certified with the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is affiliated with St. Vincent's Medical Center Riverside, St. Vincent's Medical Center-clay County, Inc., Baptist Medical Center Beaches, Ascension St. Vincent's Southside Hospital, Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital - University Campus, and HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital.
